Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2015 im Fachbereich Ingenieurwissenschaften - Maschinenbau, Note: 1,5, Hochschule Aalen, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Aufgabe und Ziel dieser Bachelorarbeit ist es, in einem virtuellen Modell des Antriebsstranges die Instabilität der Regelung zu erzeugen und die Ursachen zu verstehen. Auf Basis dieses Modells können dann in einer späteren Arbeit Lösungsmöglichkeiten erarbeitet werden. Nicht nur aufgrund der zerstörerischen Kräfte von Drehschwingungen in einem Antriebsstrang, sondern auch hinsichtlich Komfortgesichtspunkten, wie zum Beispiel Lärmminderung, ist die Schwingungsdämpfung ein weit verbreitetes Thema in der Forschung. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurde gezeigt, dass Methoden zur Schwingungsdämpfung allerdings auch das Gegenteil bewirken können: Ein Antriebsstrang mit einer Drehzahlregelung weist in der Realität ein instabiles Verhalten auf, es kommt zu einem gefährlichen Aufschaukeln der Drehschwingungen beziehungsweise Eigenfrequenzen im Antriebsstrang. In dieser Arbeit wurde mithilfe des Simulationsprogrammes Matlab in einem virtuellen Modell eines Papiermaschinen-Antriebsstranges eine instabile Drehzahlregelung erzeugt. Eine Drehzahlregelung versucht, trotz Störungen, eine konstante Soll-Winkelgeschwindigkeit in einem Antriebsstrang durch eine Änderung des Drehmomentes einzuhalten. Mit der Erweiterung des virtuellen Modells des PI-Reglers mit einem Totzeitglied wurde eine künstliche Verzögerung in das regelungstechnische Berechnungsmodell hineingebracht und damit dessen Realitätsnähe bewirkt. Der Parameter Totzeit hat einen Einfluss auf die Stabilität/ Instabilität der PI-Regelung. Hierzu wurde die Eigenfrequenz f0 des PI-Reglers betrachtet, die einen Wert von 18 Hz aufweist. Für eine Totzeit von 0,025s wurde also beim PI-Regler eine Instabilität erzeugt. Zusätzlich mussten für die Proportionalkonstante KP eher größere Werte und für die Integralkonstante KI eher kleinere Werte eingegeben werden. Auch nur mit einem reinen P-Regle
