This book is a user-friendly guide to our spiritual side and understanding of the Natural Order, its effect on Universal Life. Based on a question, an observation of a 13-year-old over 45 years ago; "There has got to be a simpler way to do life!"

Here is an opportunity to look at the past, present, and part of the future, an excellent place to start, potentially a new path in Life. Taking into consideration the merging of seemingly two opposing forces, Science and Faith, now in progress. This book aims to address all the roles we have on this excursion called Life, guiding the reader with a few simple directions to achieve true wisdom.

It is written in a simple format, which will allow the reader to follow it daily, 4-5 days a week, routine and thus building new habits to do Life simply, as with anything worth wide, it will not be easy at the beginning, becoming a simple 5-10 minute routine that will help you tap into the same mechanism which got you where you are today, with a new direction. There is nothing new here, only a new perspective, with simple directions, on what wise women and men have been trying to get through our thick skulls, since EVER! Not me, of course!!! OK, YES, me too! The good thing is they have now got through my thick skull and now want to see if I can find a passage through yours! Thick skull, that is!

The directions will guide you in becoming more aware of your inner self, intuition, and spiritual side, thus connecting to the Collective Consciousness, where Infinite Intelligence resides and all the resources required to create a Happy Fulfilling Life, are found. I'm telling you its all there, with a simple path to getting there. The only challenge is we're looking for a more complex solution, and there isn't!

It gives you a rudimentary understanding of the how and why of the Natural order of Life, . With a brief on the research behind it, to avoid getting bogged down in the details and contract Knowledge Constipation. Trumpeting the value and the how to be still, a "Creative Stillness," in the present, today; the only day one can create history, the present, and part of the future! "WHAT!" Yes it, true; today, what a beautiful creative day, I love it.

Here's the hard part, what has held us back for so long, it is a simple path, BUUUUTTTT, and that is one BIG BUUUTTT! It does not take hours and hours a day; only three characteristics are required to get there, focus, persistence, and consistency, to a set of simple directions, which will cause growth simply and naturally. The key is understanding the value and power of being still.
