About the Book

Unbeknownst to all and in the greatest secrecy, a parallel technological industry was developed on the basis of reverse engineering of extraterrestrial spacecraft previously obtained by the military. To fully understand this situation, we must go back in time and look at how military authorities treated the UFO question. From 1947 to 1969, the Air Force took charge of the management of the UFO phenomenon through three subsequent study projects: Sign, Grudge, and Blue Book. Despite the enormous number of reports treated by analysts, the results of each project remained negative as to the possibility of any extraterrestrial presence linked to these observations. However, rumors surrounding the possible recovery of an extraterrestrial spacecraft by the Air Force quickly increased the curiosity of the American population. Only a few months after the alleged Roswell events, where military authorities declared that the debris recovered came from a weather balloon; President Truman's administration established the National Security Council as well as the Central Intelligence Agency. Was there a link? Was setting up this crisis management structure to ensure security surrounding events linked to any extraterrestrial presence? Despite the official version saying that it was all related to the Communist Threat, many leaked documents that date back from this time period tell a very different story. After each study project, the U.S. Air Force came to the conclusion that UFOs were nothing but misinterpreted sightings of airplanes, planets, luminous reflections or mass hysteria... The only problem with these conclusions is that many people having seen UFOs were totally credible witnesses. Some of them were military or civilian pilots with hundreds of hours of flight. Looking back sixty years after some of these events, it is obvious that something major happened during this time period for them to stop talking. Something that said it was better to hide at all costs... When we follow this lead, we discover that the establishment of this censorship seems to stem from an integrated structure skillfully erected during those years. This idea implies the existence of a clandestine and influential group, whose motivations go against the population's interests. When we look deeper into it, we also discover that a secret executive structure whose purpose was to keep the secret about extraterrestrial reality was then established. The growing empire of the military-industrial complex has done well in incorporating the development of technologies related to alternative resources inside highly classified and compartmentalized projects. In the last sixty years, these above top secret research projects exceeded expectations and the technological gains were such that interstellar travel would now be possible for humankind! As incredible as it might seem, the development of the space industry of the last six decades does not represent the reality known to the public. However, a very large part of this hidden reality is still available due to firsthand witnesses of some of these events and to official documents corroborating these evidences. The information in this book is based on real testimonies, very credible bibliographical references and a great quantity of declassified/leaked U.S. and Canadian government documents.
About the Author: Marc St-Germain holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is also a former member of the Canadian Armed Forces. It was after working in various sectors of activity that he has gradually turned to ufology. Throughout his career, he used his free time to do research in several areas: archaeology of civilizations, mythology, anthropology and ufology. In 2008, he published his first book, The Age of Chaos, Secret History of mankind; while writing this book, he discovered that extraterrestrial reality was part of the history of our civilization and he developed an ancient alien theory based on ancestral scriptures. The publication of this book led him to become a renowned lecturer in Quebec and while giving lectures across the province he realized that UFOs were still a well established taboo! To understand the origin of this taboo, he conducted a three years historical research of the UFO phenomenon. This research led him to the heart of the establishment of an integrated structure that was established in the late 40s. He discovered that this secret structure was created specifically to control the information of the entire UFO phenomenon and the alien presence on Earth; the Roswell events and the creation of the CIA were at the heart of that conspiracy. In 2010, he joined the Quebec Association of Ufology where he gave several lectures related to his theory. His work was very well received by the members of that association and the Board of Directors. Thereafter he began to conduct field investigations for the organization and, in 2011, he was promoted to Regional Director. In 2014, he joined the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) and became a certified UFO field investigator. He was promoted to Provincial Director for MUFON in Quebec in August 2015. His field experience and the amount of information gathered for his conferences gave him enough material to write The Silence Keepers. In fall 2014, after a few presentations in Quebec, St-Germain was invited to France and Belgium to present The Silence Keepers to several European UFO organizations. Again, the response to Marc St-Germain's work from the UFO community was more than positive. MUFON Star Team member and CAG International since February 2017, Marc St-Germain continue to work on various UFO research projects. He currently lives near Mont Tremblant, Quebec with his wife Annie.
