Join author Dick Urban as we receive a glimpse into the mind of this prolific writer. Enjoy the twenty-two books of fiction that he has given to us in Short Sci-Fi Stories. We must ask, "With this much fact, could the fiction part be close to the truth?"

Nephilim, the first book, is fictional. But it is fiction, based on known facts from the Bible and associated books such as the books of Josephus, Enoch, and others--and from hundreds of records from governments of ancient times. Although these sources are not recognized as God-inspired, they are still considered factual.
For instance, any of us can go back to the county building of our hometown and find a record of our birth and marriage--one day, another will find a record of our death. These facts are certainly not inspired by God, but are still accurate.
Nephilim is a book of fiction as far as the various characters in the story. I will not be like the idiots on television stations as they tell us all about the alien visitors to Earth. They never state facts! Everything they mention about strange happenings, they ask, "Could this be---, Might this be---, Can this be possible---," Etc?
Remember, it's easier to believe the Bible, than to believe in little green men in spaceships who are millions of years ahead of us, but cannot even set down their craft and visit with us.
This is Dick Urban's third book published with Faithful Life Publishers. His titles are available from the author, publisher, or Amazon.com.
