This is the second edition with a new cover, added material, and significant revisions. The original plot and paranormal aspect have been kept intact regarding Booker, Shadow, Portico, and Storm.
Every sentence has been combed and revised. Segments have been restructured for ultimate flow. New material has been added throughout.
The subplot with Saige and Rider has been entirely redone, and this edition has a new ending. Also, the first edition did not have open-door love scenes, this one does. Even so, profanity is minimal and very light at that. No course language or violence other than minor scuffles. No abuse of any kind.
The entire novel has been fully re-edited as well. This is the story of Booker Savage, as he wants it to be--the Platinum Edition.
Believing changes everything.
The line between fiction and reality is not always easy to see.
A determined muse takes matters into his own hands when his character is retired. From the realm of Portico, where all muses wait, Booker rebels against the rules and finds a way to come back without permission from his author. What happens from there wreaks havoc on a reclusive woman's life and turns her world upside down.
Storm is thrilled when she acquires a truly elite motorcycle--the bike used exclusively on her book covers. Owning a piece of that magic is priceless. She takes to the open road for the trip of her dreams. But natural disaster sends her on a detour that stirs up more than one change in direction. Three men, claiming to be her characters come to life, and chase her from state to state.
During her incredible journey, Storm stumbles upon ultimate betrayal. She must choose who to trust, if anyone, to rid herself of evil forces determined to destroy her future.
As the mystery unfolds, Storm reunites with a former alter known as Shadow Of Blue, who steps in to take control when a sinister muse finds a way around Portico law.
Darkness battles light in this drama between muses and their author. Has she created monsters or heroes? Will she choose Booker and send the others packing or write them all off the page and out of her heart forever?
