About the Book

The Trilogy of Sex & Love begins with Sex & Sadism in which highly regarded CEO of Grand Show Architects, Daniel Johnson, who designed the Show Rooms for the first two Cirque du Soleil shows on the Las Vegas strip, is confronted with the need to provide sexual favors to John Meeker, the manager of a major expansion of the Las Vegas Convention and Show Center to secure the contract to design the additions. En route he finds himself in the company of Monica, an exceptionally beautiful young woman dead scared of flying. She is essentially destitute and he takes her to his suite in the Hilton Hotel. Since she had been forced by her ex to prostitute herself, she is willing to play the role of a call girl. She seduces Dan and is so stunned by his sexual prowess that she persuades him to become her master. He anoints her as his Marketing Manager and outfits her with spectacular garments to accentuate her sex appeal and turns her loose on John Meeker in charge of the Convention Center expansion project. She coerces him into paying her a fee equal to ten percent of the total contract value, setting her up as a very high class courtesan. He asks her, for thirty thousand dollars extra, to go sailing with him and his son on Lake Mead for an arousing day of fun. She assuages her master's discomfort by suggesting that he visit Veronica, John's wife, while they are sailing. He does so with exquisite results as she takes to him with a vengeance and experiences exquisite sex most of the day. Shocked by the outcome Monica invites Dan to join her on a helicopter excursion into the Colorado River canyon to float down through the rapids in a white water raft hoping to renew their relationship, instead of which Dan runs into beautiful Donna and Monica becomes entangled with very well endowed lawyer Robert. In order to secure the contract for a new Cirque du Soleil show called Zumanity, which borders on being pornographic, they arrive at a similar arrangement for Monica with Tony Patullio, the CEO of the casino hosting the show. They soon discover that her services include making love to Joe Green, the thinly disguised operator of a bondage torture lab in the basement of the casino. Monica really takes to his extreme love making methods and unbeknownst to Dan uses his lab to "persuade" Robert to become a more compliant lover for her. They discover Morgan, a fine woman being held in sex bondage. Ironically, she once was a star performer in Cirque du Soleil's sister company, Cavalia, specializing in mounted horse extravaganzas. Dan uses his influence to force Patullio to release her from her bondage commitment and takes her to Montreal to successfully have her reinstated to help solve difficult problems with a more advanced version of Cavalia. In her elation of being liberated she falls deeply in love with Dan. Dan hires Veronica to manage the Las Vegas office which she does with stunningly good results. With that Dan prepares Donna to move to Columbus to assume the management role at the heart of the company.
About the Author: Born in northeastern South Africa near the border with Mozambique, Johan Wassenaar crew up in a Gold Mining town in the Drakensberg Mountains below which the game-filled Bushvelt stretched out as far as the eye could see, which will always live in his soul. He came to North America as a young mechanical engineer to work in Canadian aerospace during the Cold War and got wrapped up in schemes to outpace the Soviet Union in defensive capability. His work led him to move to Los Angeles, then the creative center of America. It all ended with the war in Vietnam which history may see as America's nemeses. He adjusted by forming an international Strategic Business Planning Consultancy and also became involved as marketing VP to revitalize a diversified industrial manufacturing corporation and hired a dynamic Persian MBA to help his company develop business in Iran. After the fall of the Shah he and the Persian founded a motion picture company in California and he moved his family to Santa Barbara. At the turn of the century living in Hope Ranch, he became interested again in horses and wound up in the Santa Ynez Valley with an extra-vocational interest in competitive dressage show production. His interest in energy conservation systems through Creative Energy Concepts continues as does his activities in green energy development. In 2002 he began writing and publishing novels, which include: Love in the Shadows of Apartheid. Sharon. Inge, Die for me Argentina, and now the Sex and Love Trilogy. His current endeavor is a serious literary effort to draw public attention to the lamentable state of affairs in foster care in a book called "The Foster Care Dilemma". He stems from the White African Tribe which tends to be more direct than most North Americans and Europeans customarily are.
