You don't have to, and you shouldn't be your child's therapist. Nevertheless, you are the one who spends most of the time with them so why don't you use it in a way that will benefit their sensory development: )

Sensory games or sensory diet can never be boring and "fossilized." There is no point in reproducible and mechanical exercises just to be done with them. Especially when you and your child are tired after a long day at work or school. No wonder then that the last thing you both want to do at that time are SI therapy exercises.

Our brain learns when we surprise it, not when it does meaningless exercises. To satisfy your child's curiosity and meet their unlimited learning capabilities help them with self-regulation, focus, and concentration by using our Flashcards. Sensory exercises will be different and surprising every time you and your child use them. It is up to you which cards you draw and how to arrange them. Sensory adventure waits for your child every day. Remember - baby steps. Each day, consistently draw 3 or 4 activities (if you don't have time use so many practice with at least one). You can exercise with your child or give them some space and get few minutes for yourself;) PERSISTENT WORK AT HOME IS A KEY TO SUCCESS!
