Simply put, a senior citizen is an elderly and distinguished person; one who has retired from active service with higher standing or rank. Senior citizens, mostly retired, occupy privileged status attained through lengthy and dedicated service to maybe the government, multinational or private companies, corporate organizations, etc.
Senior citizens include all believers, Pastors, Priests, addressed as Fathers. They are regarded as senior citizens because of the position they occupy as fathers, bishops, overseers, preachers, ministers, elders and shepherds. They are expected to give tender, sincere, spiritual, intimate, loving care to the rest of the people in the society to be imitated by political leaders.
They are also expected to pray for the government, guide them to regularly search out gifted ones under them, deliver people under oppressions, gather dispersed citizens, give the restless rest, strengthen the weak, guide directionless citizens, carry wounded ones along, restore the strayed, reassures frightened citizens, protect everyone in the nation, irrespective of their tribe, race, or position from internal and external wolves. Pastors, Priests as fathers are included among the senior citizens irrespective of their age because they are the watchmen of the nation as ordained by God.
