Ein immer entscheidenderer Erfolgsfaktor ist ein erfolgreiches Personalmanagement, denn wenn die Bedürfnisse der Mitarbeiter unbefriedigt bleiben, wirkt sich dies negativ auf den gesamten Unternehmenserfolg aus. Ein Unternehmen ist also besonders dann erfolgreich, wenn sowohl Vorgesetzte als auch Mitarbeiter zufrieden sind. Um diese allgemeine Zufriedenheit zu erreichen, spielt eine Vielzahl von Einflussfaktoren, z.B. der Abgleich von Selbstbild, also wie wir uns selber sehen, und Fremdbild, wie andere uns sehen, eine entscheidende Rolle, denn Störungen im Selbstbild können im Rahmen der interpersonellen Kommunikation zu Konflikten führen. Zur Angleichung dieser beiden Bilder steht u.a. das Kommunikationsinstrument des Feedbackgesprächs zur Verfügung. Durch Rückmeldung kann in Feedbackgesprächen die Ab- und Angleichung von der Selbstwahrnehmung und der Fremdwahrnehmung erreicht werden. Nach einer kurzen Einführung in die Thematik und der Beschreibung des Aufbaus dieser Hausarbeit in Kapitel eins, beschäftigt sich der zweite Teil dieser Arbeit mit dem Begriff der Wahrnehmung. Mit Hilfe des Modells des Johari-Fensters wird erklärt, wie Menschen wahrnehmen und wie es zu Differenzen zwischen dem Selbst- und Fremdbild kommen kann. In Kapitel drei erfolgt über kommunikationstheoretische Grundlagen die Überleitung zum Feedbackgespräch. Es werden zunächst die Regeln dargestellt, anschließend wird die Wirkung von Feedbackgesprächen im Arbeitsprozess erläutert. Im Praxisbeispiel, dem vierten Teil dieser Hausarbeit, werden die möglichen Auswirkungen von Differenzen zwischen Selbst- und Fremdbild im Feedbackgespräch dargestellt und erläutert. Abschließend erfolgt im fünften Kapitel dann eine Zusammenfassung die
