It's fun to know that I know how to do it. But knowledge is only knowledge. ONLY DECISION CHANGE LIVES. Start! Make this decision now and take care of the new quality of your life. I'm talking about the decision right now, not that it would be worth taking it someday.Once you know what ELIXIR is made up of, you should start by choosing the component that you find the easiest. I urge you to take small steps and to be consistent. Make a plan and act according to it. You can try from several ingredients at once, and you can start sequentially. Whatever strategy you choose, remember that the most important thing is consistency.With the current state of medical knowledge and a better understanding of all the mechanisms governing our body, it is possible to have longer and healthier lives. And this is not just for the chosen ones, who were lucky to grow up in good conditions, who had healthy and long-living parents ("good genes"). A long and healthy life can be lived by anyone who takes what they have already learned about a healthy lifestyle and applies it consistently every day. All we need is regularity and motivation to apply what we know every day. From my own experience, I can say that it does not require some dramatic self-denial and struggle. With small steps and small changes, you can enter an area where life is happy and healthy, and the prospects that will be so long (e.g., over 100 years), quite real.I think THE ELIXIR should have all ten ingredients - really, each of them is important and maybe even critical. It is possible that YOUR ELIXIR will have slightly different proportions of ingredients, will be more yours, better adapted to your situation, age, place of life, history, temperament, and vision of your own happiness. It is important that you take the matter seriously and decide to be happy. This will certainly require changing some of your habits, acquiring new skills, and generally being ready to accept changes in your life. I assure you, it's worth it. Edward graduated in Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences (Poland) in 1986. Immediately after graduation, he worked as a technologist dealing with meat production, ice cream production, and brewing. In 2002 he completed postgraduate studies in dietetics, and in 2011 he completed studies in herbal medicine.
