In the world of Azure, race is determined by the season in which you were born. Each race is born with specific Talents of the Seasonal Sciences. The Lahyf are blessed with the ability to heal; the Sprhowts have the advantage of healthy growth; the Dihkai have been given the power of death; the Hiberneyt have the power of dormancy.
Although each Talent has its own benefits, the Dihkai have claimed dominance over all other races. Stone and Jaymes McLarin are subject to that dominance.
Their lives began with promising futures. But that came to a halt when the Taoiseach, Harris Martelli, removed their parents from this world. Fortunately, the siblings were able to escape his harsh hand on that day. But not without consequence.
