Schulpolitik, Note: 1,0, Ruhr-Universität Bochum (Pädagogisches Institut), Veranstaltung: Schulqualität durch Unterrichtsentwicklung, 11 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Nachdem deutliche Unterschiede in einzelnen Schulen und zwischen den Schulen bei der Leistungsbeurteilung auftraten, Ergebnisse internationaler Vergleichsstudien dem deutschen Bildungssystem mangelnde Qualität sowie fehlende Vergleichbarkeit schulischer Leistungsergebnisse aufzeigten, wurde der Ruf nach regelmäßiger zentraler Leistungsüberprüfung immer lauter. Bildungspolitische Maßnahmen sollen nun helfen, die aufgefallenen Missstände zu beheben. Gearbeitet wird dabei mit großflächigen Leistungsmessungen, die nicht mehr nur stichprobenartig angelegt sind, sondern einen mehr und mehr flächendeckenden Charakter bekommen und für alle Schülerinnen und Schüler (weiterhin: SuS) verbindlich sind. Zur Diskussion stehen vor allem folgende Formate: bundesdeutsche Schulen müssen sich in naher Zukunft nicht mehr nur mit schulintern praktizierten Parallelarbeiten auseinandersetzen, sondern ebenso mit sogenannten Vergleichsarbeiten bzw. Lernstandserhebungen sowie mit zentralen Abschlussprüfungen nach der Sekundarstufe I und II. Gegenstand dieser Arbeit sind die als bildungspolitische Maßnahme auf die festgestellten Missstände in Deutschland eingeführten schullaufbahnabschließenden Evaluationsverfahren. Das erste Kapitel befasst sich zunächst mit den historischen und aktuellen Schubkräften für die Einführung von zentralen Abschlussprüfungen. Zunächst werden die chronologische Entwicklung bzw. deren Schubkräfte für die Einführung von zentralen Prüfungen erläutert, im Weiteren geklärt, wie es zur aktuellen Diskussion zur Einführung von zentralen Abschlussprüfungen gekommen ist und welche Faktoren dabei eine Rolle gespielt haben. Darüber hinaus wird zunächst allgemein und bundeslandübergreifend definiert,
