Schulpolitik, Note: 2,3, Helmut-Schmidt-Universität - Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg, Veranstaltung: Bildungssysteme und Sozialisationsinstanzen im innerstaatlichen und internationalen Vergleich: Konzepte und Praktiken der diversitäts- und diskriminierungssensiblen Entwicklung von Bildungsinstitutionen in der Migrationsgesellschaft, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Innerhalb dieser Arbeit soll der Frage nachgegangen werden, durch welche spezifischen Maßnahmen Diversitätssensibilität an deutschen Schulen gefördert werden kann. Dazu wird zunächst der Begriff der "Diversität" näher erläutert und welche Dimension diese mit sich bringt. Im weiteren Verlauf werden im nächsten Kapitel die Akteure aufgezeigt, welche in diesem Kontext wichtige Rollen einnehmen und die spezifischen Maßnahmen zur diversitätssensiblen Schulbildung werden aufgezeigt. Danach wird zudem noch kritisch Stellung gegenüber dem Diversitäts-Dilemma genommen. Im letzten Kapitel werden die wesentlichen Erkenntnisse dieser Arbeit zusammenfassend dargestellt. Die Bildungsinstitution Schule steht in Deutschland großen Herausforderungen gegenüber. Immer mehr aufkeimende rechtsradikale bis rechtsextreme Tendenzen, sowie lesben-, schwulen-, bi- und transsexuelle Diskriminierungen und weitere Diskriminierungen jeglicher Art von Gesellschaftsgruppen und Individuen, sind nicht nur gesamtgesellschaftliche Diskurse, sondern auch Herausforderungen für deutsche Schule. Einer Etablierung gesellschaftlicher Diversität stehen manche Menschen noch immer skeptisch gegenüber bzw. sehen es als Angriff auf ihre eigene Kultur oder Lebensweisen. Aktueller denn je sind Bewegungen der LGBTQIA+-Szene (lesbische, schwule, bisexuelle, transsexuelle, transgender, queere, intersexuelle und asexuelle Menschen) oder BLM (Black Lives Matter), welche sich für Antidiskriminierung, Gleichbehandlung und Diversität einsetzen und damit aufzeigen wollen, dass
