O objectivo do estudo é examinar a relação e o impacto da percepção da utilidade, da facilidade de utilização, da segurança e privacidade e da qualidade do serviço das carteiras digitais na satisfação do cliente durante o período da pandemia de covid-19 no Nepal. O estudo adoptou uma concepção descritiva e explicativa da investigação. Os dados primários foram a principal fonte para o estudo. O inquérito ao questionário foi aplicado para a recolha de dados primários. Este estudo visou clientes que estavam a utilizar carteiras digitais como unidade de amostra. Foram seleccionados 196 inquiridos dentro do vale de Kathmandu, utilizando uma técnica de amostragem aleatória simples. A média, desvio padrão e variância foram aplicados para o estudo descritivo das variáveis. Foram realizadas correlações e regressão para prever a relação e o impacto entre variáveis independentes e dependentes. Este estudo investigou que a percepção da utilidade, segurança e privacidade e qualidade do serviço estão significativamente associadas e têm impacto na satisfação dos Clientes. Os futuros investigadores podem estudar outra variável independente com grande tamanho de amostra.
