About the Book

ReviewSankaran s Schema is a very concise, handy booklet counting 18 pages. It condenses the information of the previous books of Dr. Sankaran An Insight into Plants and ads more plant families. Sankaran s Schema has five parts. The first part is a summary of the miasms. The miasms are differentiated in a very clear way. The second part is the chart of the plant sensations. Per plant family, the sensation, the active and passive reaction and compensation are given. Compared to the chart of An Insight into Plants two plant families were added: the Cruciferae and Fungi. The third part is a classification of plant remedies according to their family and miasm. This grid is also available in An Insight into Plants but 8 families were added: the Araceae, the Cruciferae, the Ericaceae, the Geraniales, the Piperaceae, the Rosaceae, the Rutaceae and the Theales. The fourth part shows the Miasmatic spectrum. And the fifth part gives a very clear summary about the Seven Levels of Experience . Also the potency selection according to the level and some guiding questions are mentioned. Sankaran s Schema is a practical guide for daily practice when working with Dr. Sankaran s method. --Reviewed by Dr. Van de Vel IngridThis is a much more detailed version of the 2003 edition, including charts on the plant kingdom, as before, as well as new charts on the animal and mineral kingdoms. It is intended as a reference work to the entire body of Dr. Sankaran's work, and so the information is relevant to his previous books: Spirit, Substance, System and Sensation of Homoeopathy as well as Insight into Plants - Vol. 1 & 2, other recently published books (An Insight into Plants Vol. 3, and Sensation Refined), as well as books we have yet to see (Survival - Recognising Animal Remedies, and Structure - Experiences with the Mineral Kingdom). A note of caution in the Schema says that it is meant for people who have read Dr. Sankaran's other books and who are familiar with his concepts and methods. --Homeopathy in practice', 25th issue, Spring 2008This user-friendly booklet makes Rajan's brilliant system of plant families and miasms easily accessible along with an easy-to-read summary of miasms. The spiral binding and lamination stand up to daily use. I find it an invaluable resource. --Reviewed by Bob and Judyth UllmanAbout the AuthorDr.Rajan Sankaran graduated from the Bombay Homoeopathic Medical College in 1981 as a top ranking student. He is the son of Dr.P. Sankaran- a renowned Indian homoeopath, teacher, author. His father was his first teacher; then Dr.S.R. A Thrilling But Totally Believable Murder Mystery

Read this in one evening. I had planned to do other things with my day, but it was impossible to put down. Every time I tried, I was drawn back to it in less than 5 minutes. I sobbed my eyes out the entire last 100 pages. Highly recommend!
