The American Civil Rights Movement was a 5,000 black race riot, 250,000 Fire-imposed, Revolution.
This Mass Violence forced America to become a Marxist Nation, as the Government needed Vast New Powers to Protect and Serve the needs of the New Aristocracy, created by the Government.

Otherwise, Affirmative Action, Diversity, Inclusion, etc. and other Government job re-distribution policies would all be Illegal.
