RODNEY BRUCE HALL is University Lecturer in International Political Economy and a Fellow of St.Cross College, University of Oxford, UK. His books include National Collective Identity: Social Constructs and International Systems (1999) and Central Banking as Global Governance: Constructing Financial Credibility (2008).

CECELIA LYNCH is Professor of Political Science and Director of the Centre for Global Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of California, USA.
