About the Author: Jim Foreman holds a PhD from Penn State. Following college, Foreman worked as a university professor. His professional life saw the publication of several papers and a contributing chapter to a book on substance abuse. He now works as a licensed marriage and family therapist.
During his childhood in a working-class family, Foreman identified as a "Jesus hater" and an atheist. At the age of thirty-three-just as his life began to feel purposeless-he experienced the salvation of Jesus.
You can usually find Foreman teaching, preaching sermons, leading retreats, or mediating conflicts within organizations. Additionally, Foreman is passionate about guest speaking at organizations such as the Christian Legal Society and Azusa Pacific University.
Foreman and his wife, Debbie, have been married for thirty-seven years, and the two of them live in San Diego, California.
