In Zukunft müssen sich Unternehmen mit dem Thema der Fachkräftebindung auseinandersetzen. Commitment und Identifikation mit dem Unternehmen sind Grundlage für ein Bindungsgefühl und wichtige Voraussetzung, um Mitarbeiter zu gewinnen und zu binden. Abschließend wird auf die strategischen Handlungsfelder des Retention Managements eingegangen. Desweitern wird aufzeigt, wie sich die speziellen Modelle dafür eignen, die zukünftige Mitarbeitergeneration für das Unternehmen zu gewinnen und zu binden.
