About the Book

Truth, has a variety of meanings; such as the state of being a fact or reality. In common usage it means constancy or sincerity in action or character. However, truth has a method that can be used to recognize when something constitutes facts and reality. Lies, are a type deception in the form of untruthful statements, especially with the intention to deceive others. To lie is to state something with disregard to the truth with the intention that people will accept the statement as truth. The Resurrection of Truth and Lies was written to bring Truth back to Life by filling lies with death. Like the Resurrection of Christ, which involved the death of innocence, truth also has died an innocent death. Language and words are "tools" by which Humans Beings convey information to one another. When words and language are filled with deception in order to intentionally deceive others, then reality becomes falsehood. However, In the face of truth, deceit and dishonesty must perish. Truth itself is not always pretty. Sometimes it can be very ugly and uncomfortable. It can be strong enough to move an entire nation to action, or hurt so much it make us feel like dying inside. There will be much controversy regarding the truths resurrected as a result of this book. Mainly, because to resurrect the truth we must also resurrect lies. Nevertheless, these two opposing forces, Truth and Lies, will provide the necessary spark needed in order to help us embrace reality. Unlike the traditional way of writing and publication where everything is centered around perfection, such as: grammar, punctuation, syntax and spelling. I have decided to follow the exception to the rule. By doing so, it allows me to introduce the reader to the fact that perfection is only a concept. In reality, it does not exist. The perfect car, the perfect house, or the perfect mate is only a figment of the imagination. Perfection can only exist within the confines of the Human Mind. In reality, there will always be something more to be desired of what we already have. Once we embrace this truth it leaves acceptance as the only substitute for perfection. Bringing the endless pursuit of the perfect weight, the perfect body, and the perfect life to a screeching halt. Acceptance allows satisfaction to enter our lives by the acknowledgement of truth. Writing the perfect book has never been a consideration of mine. Writing within the boundaries of understanding is what I wish to accomplish. Writing about buried truths and misrepresented lies was my motivation for writing this book. Thus, I'm more concerned over the presentation of a concept than over the correct spelling of a word used in the expression of that concept. Life itself is the sculpture of individuals and humanity. I have embraced this truth after years of addiction, incarceration and death. After maturing in this regard I am now able to recognize what is important, what is valuable and what is priceless. Sometimes though, I do find myself trying to be influenced by my lower nature which tempts me to re-evaluate what's important: The things I can see -vs- the things I can't see. When this happens another truth comes into play. That truth is the fact that the fight between the spirit and the flesh will never die, and as long as I live it will always be at war inside me.
