This guide includes schedule structure guidance for leading your group through REST over a 3, 4, or 5 month journey (including weekly/biweekly option tips). The session-by-session guide provides helpful details and guided notes to help you get the most out of every gathering. You'll also find tips for small-group leading as well as tools for your journey as the leader.
