Special emphasis was given: TO how successful teachers feel in addressing the educatinal challenges who face ( self-efficacy) and to what extent classrooms are orderly and conductive to learning classroom disciplinary climate.Some past education researchs indicate classroom climate not only has been shown to affect student outcomes and attainment, but is a prominent policy issue in a number of countries and regions. The actions of students within classrooms and the creation of a safe and produce learning environment are important for many schools and can be a influential challenges of teachers' work.On the one hand, however, these past education researchs concluded at how factors, such as aspects of teacher individual professional development or varying teaching methods were associated with self-efficacy and classroom disciplinary climate. It sums up then adjusted this effect for background factors, such as socio-economic characteristics of schools consequently for each factor, for which significant effects has been found, additional estimates accounted for factors in other categories where the effects were significant.On another hand, the educational researchs also indicated that between factors, such as a positive school climate, teaching beliefs, co-operation betwen teachers, teacher job satisfaction, professional development and th adoption of different teaching techniques. The factors, much of the variation identified was in differences among individual teachers rather then among schools.The implication is that by addressing teachers' attitudes, beliefs and teaching practices experiences are as a whole. This is scope for considerable improvement in teaching and learning, but that this way require individualized support for teachers rather than just whole- school or whole- organizational students, whole school-educational system.On the other hand, the educational researchs also indicated the appraisal and feedback, which teachers receive is mirrored in the beliefes, in their own teaching abilities, in other words, when they receive feedback on their teaching work, the more they turst in their abilities to address teaching challenges. So, encouraging teacher or their teaching abilities appraisal to some excellent teaching performance teachers, it can create effective teaching and learning environments indirectly, due to these good teaching performance teachers have good emotion to teach in classrooms by schools appraisal.
