About the Book

On raising students learning effort strategies to change student individual unlike learning lazy nature or attiture aspect, the wisest teachers are growing up, should know that general students are lazy to learn. They never consider that students are capable of learning. Students are lazy to learn, it is possible due to they feel some subjects are difficult to learn. For example, it is not mathematics or language in any formal sense that students are taught in the school, in one classroom, some students will be possible feel difficult to learn these subjects. So, it explains why one class will have some students need to be trained from teacher and the teachers need to know how to use different kinds of suitable or useful teaching methods to teach them in order to let the students feel the subject(s) is (are) not difficult to learn as well as to avoid lazy learning factor causes their examination result to be bad. So, such as above mathematics and/or language subjects case, the teacher needs to spend time to use the useful or suitable teaching method to develop mathematics and linguistic skill to let the low effort learning students feel easy to learn these subjects more easy to avoid to cause lazy learning attitude or habit to be caused to them by an artful and well informed teacher, through the educational exploitation of the difficult learning situation of every day.I shall suggest the solving students lazy learning habit or attitude method, such as " communitiarianisum in education". It includes the conviction that a single, unified community cn be formed from the collection of teachers and pupils that comprise the school; that this community can be and should be more or less isolated from that are taken to be the harmful efforts of modern educational society; that the student's learning life and the teacher's teaching life of the community are capable of being articulated through norms and rules, which over time can become the student self-lazy learning habit or attitude to a considerable extent, tacit, but which always remain open to modification through conscious action to avoid the student's lazy learning habit cause, due to learning difficult subject(s) reason. The student feels difficult to learn causing factor includes academic, social and emotional element, hence the "curriculum" of the commitarian institution is much broader and much more complex than the activities of the classrooms or the subject(s) listed in the timetable. Why " commitarian school" can solve the student lazy learing habit or attitude or behavior causes? The reason is that the major tasks of the "commitiarian school" are to create the sub-culture it has itself created to induct outcomes, foster the values it professes and to build up a secure base from which is students can feel difficult learning challenge and confront the wider society. So " communitiarian school" can bring these benefits to the school. They include: the claim that education, properly organized, can be one of th major forces for planned change in society, the claim that educational processes should be clearly distinguished from certain other social processes, such as commercial advertising, or mass entertainment to raise students learning interests, the aspiration to make a new kind of educator, a conception of learning an acquisition of knowledge as active, social processes involving sobjects, problem solving strategies guides, but not dominated by teachers and the elevation of teachers and other members of a carefully selected and highly trained of educators who are designed the agents of cultural renewal.
