During my cancer recovery 12 1/2 years ago, I so looked forward to my daily notes from my husband to keep me in a positive frame of mind so that I could completely heal. For "Reflect, Renew and Refresh," I have married 52 of those quotes with photographs of our many world travels together. In addition, I wanted to have a space available for the reader to interpret and write down their intention for the week based on the writings and photography. So with each week, there is a calendar section as well as a journaling section for you to use.
