All it took was a single punch to change his life forever. But for Carlton S. Mack Jr., that split-second decision didn't appear out of thin air. Just like everything else we do, Mack's choice was the result of deeply ingrained habits, thought patterns, and behaviors. Only this time, it would take legal fees, penalties, and some serious damage control to make things right again.
Luckily, left with nothing but his own humility, this untimely blunder turned out to be exactly what Mack needed in order to turn inward. Peeling back his layers of thoughts and experiences, he began to examine some aspects of his life that had long been in need of change-and the more he explored, the more he dedicated himself to becoming a better, more positive version of himself.
In Redemption, Mack draws upon these difficult times for a candid and valuable look at the process of overcoming personal setbacks and looking within ourselves to begin the process of change. While openly revealing his own mistakes and flaws, the author shares the many lessons he has been forced to learn, inspiring readers of all ages to reach a point of similar growth.
