About the Book

When faculty of reason is understood as an internal sense organ that 'senses' the existential 'order', it could change the way man used to look at his knowledge, and the knowledge gaining process ! The book introduces the not yet realized 'predispositions' of our sense organs, including those of the new sense organ of reason. This insight opens up fresh questions on the hidden destiny of man.
About the Author: Passion for thoughts and intellectual inquiry was there in me from childhood. I could not accept any established belief or theory till I understood its bottom principles. Hence I started freelance studies and personal inquiries into philosophy of science, theories of knowledge and fundamentals of political ideologies. Close to my heart subject always was man's faculty of reason. It intrigued me. I relentlessly followed it almost for two decades, to understand what kind of a faculty it was ! This book, 'IS REASON A SENSE ORGAN? A SUPER MIND OVER THE KNOWN MIND ?' contains my search results. I am fully confident that if not the age in which I live in, the coming ages would definitely admit my finding that 'faculty of reason' indeed is man's internal sense organ that detects the mysterious existential 'order' ! This 'order' is what unites a cause with its effect, and a set of evidences with its conclusion. This indeed would be an exciting piece of knowledge for the modern world, that could offer new stream of ideas in the fields of psychology, psychiatry, education, jurisprudence and even spirituality. This small book could be treated as an extension of the base ideas on 'phenomena' and 'in-itself' reality presented by the great man Emmanuel Kant. He did not attempt to explain what Reason is, but dwelt more on its reach, as well as the limitations. This book attempts to look into the real genus of man's faculty of reason - -and its role in the knowledge gaining process of man. Once the truth of my proposition is realized at least by a small group of intelligent men in the world, it would change the way we used look at Logic and rationality. It could trigger discovery of many more allied theories on mind and knowledge, from all over the world. World has started moving blindly on its already established course once again today. Individual and his mind is slowly getting extinct under the threat of mass organizations and impersonal industry. Media have never been 'peoples voice' but a pursuer after 'news value' and stories. This unfortunate turn-out of media completes the sad story of the modern world. A new revival of mind and thought has become mankind's urgent need, to avoid our age being branded as another stretch of the 'dark-age' by future enlightened societies ! Encouraging new vistas of thought and ideas in every filed of human activity is the only way to counter the intellectual stagnation of our age.
