And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles. (Zech. 14:16, KJV)
This book is meant to build one's faith in God's Word by showing the fulfillment of prophetic scriptures throughout history all the way up to the present day in which we live and the foreshadowing of things yet to come. It is meant to be a tool for reaching out to people. God wanted us to be spiritually prepared in the Last Days just before His return and not be deceived by all that this world has to offer. The devil is hard at work because he knows his time is short. He is seeking who he may devour, and it is up to us to fight the good fight.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. (Eph. 6:12, KJV)
Knowing the past, the present, and what lies ahead will help and prepare us to be effective in both helping others understand what is going on in this day and age in which we live, as well as understand things to come and being able to stand firm in our faith even in the face of persecution. We can have confidence in knowing that God is in control all of the time as we walk through this world with its valleys and mountaintops as we walk by faith.
And Enoch also, the seventh form of Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands and thousands of his saints, to execute judgment, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. (Jude 1:14-15, KJV)
Jesus is coming. Are you ready?
All that shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved for we who are saved are not appointed onto wrath and the Lord has not given the spirit of fear but of love, power, and a sound mind! We are called to repentance onto salvation!
