About the Book

Racism is a terrible thing that comes in ALL colors. It is my hope and prayer that more people will think about the dream that we can all get along in peace and actually love each other. There is no PURE race that is without any hatred in any of their hearts. Racists come in all shapes, sizes and colors. We all know people who have no hatred for anybody in their hearts. They will do anything within reason to help anybody in need. We know people who really do follow the golden rule. If we could gather all of them, from all over the planet, into one place, we would have the closest thing to a perfect society that we could have. People of every color would be a part of this PURE race. Imagine living in a place where everyone is acting like they all are kinfolk. In this dream world, we all would be willing to give and take, in order to maintain a harmonious balance of love and peace. Who would want to fight another and why would they? Well, it's now time to wake up and join the real world again. God bless you as you read these words straight from my heart. This giant print publication is about the changes made for the good, due to the violent, uncalled-for murder of George Floyd. His little girl was quoted as saying, "Daddy changed the world". An outrage that was felt all over the earth has caused people to take a closer look at how we are treating each other. People all across the world are being reminded that all lives matter. The black lives matter concept is simply saying, "Don't forget that our lives matter too." Violence is not a part of peaceful protest. That is a part of riot. Who has a right to burn someone else's building down? Who has a right to take products from a store and not pay for them? These actions should not be associated with a peaceful protest. Rioting often is a product of protesting that has gotten out of control. This publication rebukes such violence. If it were not for George Floyd, we may not be looking at our need for peace as deeply as we are at this time. The death of George Floyd has brought about unity between blacks and non-racist whites.
We owe much of our freedom to non-racist whites who stood up and some got knocked down as they fought for equal rights for ALL human beings. It hurts me to think that some blacks try to blame ALL whites for the way that SOME whites treat blacks. Should whites blame all blacks for the wicked things that SOME blacks do? We write about love. We sing about love, but how much love do we live? This publication is not only written to the racist. It is very thought-provoking for the non-racist too. It's a tool for us all.
