This is a sequel to " The Quotis Gene" The Link.... We left with Steve Nash shot and wounded on the deck of an oil platform that sits in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. He is there to build the world's first Space Elevator, that supports End Point Space station, that he has hidden from the world until now...There are forces at work in the US that want control of it and they will do anything to get it. Willow and Adam have successfully found the Ancient Depot on the moon. After removing tons of dust from the doors, they enter it and have found an AI named Darmis that pilots the Starship Tormar. He has been there waiting thousands of years for the return of his Crew and the Quotis. What is time to an AI computer, it means nothing. It had been a group effort, with Jake developing the metal Jakum. Willow had designed the plane the Matave and Adam had designed End Point station that Nash was building, along with the Space Elevator. The other members of their Quotis were Aaron, Sarah and Tobe. The group had secretly spent eighteen hours a day six days a week for the past year building a ship, that has taken them to the moon. The vessel Willow had named the Matave, sat in the rear of their manufacturing plant in Chicago. Adam Willow Jake Sarah Aaron and Tobe make up the new Quotis and they are headed to Lomar. He is Botanist working in wilderness, when he first spots the group. Shy and reserved Juno will become their official representative to the Raken government.Going into the frozen city reveals much more than they ever imagined. When they entered it, they find it is occupied by AI's that look like the Tim, but are call Malee. They were seal in the city 2,000 years ago when there were reports the Malee had turned on the Tim their creators. Now the group has two mysteries facing them. Where did the humans come from here on Lomar and did the Malee kill the Tim their creators and take over the Tim Federation. To find the answers to these two questions, they leave Lomar and push deeper into the Galaxy.
