Each page takes the child step-by-step through different worry scenarios, such as falling out with a friend, getting in trouble at school, or feeling like no one is listening to them. It talks about how they might feel, what they might think, and what could help them feel better.

Molly Potter taught for 11 years in middle schools. She then worked for several years as a Sex and Relationship Education Development Manager, delivering teacher training and supporting primary schools in the development of their programs and policies. Molly now works as a teacher in a short-stay school with children that have been or are at risk of being excluded from mainstream schools.
