Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2015 im Fachbereich BWL - Investition und Finanzierung, Note: 1,2, Deutsche Hochschule für Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement GmbH, Veranstaltung: Betriebswirtschaftslehre 4, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ziel ist es die Abwicklungszeit der Leistungserbringung zu verkürzen, als auch Vor- und Nachbereitungs- sowie Wartezeiten zu minimieren. Verschiedene Maßnahmen hierfür werden nachstehend beschrieben. Durch das Anmieten von mehr Kundenparkplätzen im Parkhaus wird die Parkplatzsuche und folglich die Transferzeit für die Kunden verkürzt. Durch die Auslagerung verschiedener Leistungen kann ebenfalls eine Verkürzung der Transferzeit erreicht werden. Es kann ein Inhouse-Service angeboten werden, bei dem der Trainer direkt zum Kunden geht. Bisweilen übernahm das Servicepersonal den Checkin und Checkout der Mitglieder und gab dementsprechende Spindschlüssel heraus. Seit Anfang dieses Jahres ergriff der Be-trieb die Maßnahme die Abwicklungszeit zu minimieren, indem ein elektronisches Kartensystem eingeführt wurde. Die Mitglieder checken sich dadurch selbst ein und wieder aus und können sich ihre Spinde frei wählen. Dadurch entstand eine wesentlich schnellere Vor- sowie Nachbereitungszeit für die Kunden, womit die Abwicklungszeit der Leistungserbringung minimiert werden konnte. Grundsätzlich sollte im Vorfeld eine gute Planung der Termine geschehen. Durch telefonische Bestätigung der Termine durch das Servicepersonal kann besser geplant werden, wodurch es möglich ist, Wartezeiten künftig zu verkürzen und Folgetermine besser zu koordinieren. Grundsätzlich können Wartezeiten auch optimiert werden, indem verschiedene Zeitungen oder Studiozeitschriften im Wartebereich ausgelegt werden. Eine weitere Maßnahme kann das Abspielen verschiedener Kurzfilme zum Thema Training oder Ernährung sowie Studio-News auf einem TV im Wartebereich sein.
