Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2011 im Fachbereich Philosophie - Philosophie des 17. und 18. Jahrhunderts, Note: 1,3, Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Wie könnte Unterricht im Sinne Immanuel Kants aussehen? Diese Frage wird in der folgenden Arbeit behandelt. So werde ich in meinem ersten Teil dieser Arbeit zunächst auf einen Auszug mit dem Titel "Nicht Gedanken, sondern denken lernen" eingehen, um zu verdeutlichen, worauf es Kant beim Lehren und Lernen ankam, um daraufhin seine Definition von Pädagogik näher zu erläutern. Anschließend möchte ich den theoretischen Rahmen des Unterrichtens im Sinne Kants noch einmal resümieren, um im letzten Teil schließlich die Frage zu klären, ob solch ein Unterricht auch heute noch möglich ist. Immanuel Kant (1724-1804) war ein großer Denker seiner Zeit, der die Philosophie in verschiedenen Bereichen, besonders durch die Reflexion auf die Bedingungen möglicher Erkenntnis, neu begründet hat. Als Vertreter der Aufklärung kennzeichnet er den Beginn der modernen Philosophie vor allem mit seinem Werk "Kritik der reinen Vernunft". Er hinterlässt weitere bedeutende Schriften und beeinflusst andere Philosophen maßgeblich. Kant soll zudem ein eleganter und geistreicher Gentleman gewesen sein, der in seiner Heimatstadt Königsberg eine wichtige gesellschaftliche Rolle spielte und von seinen Studenten als Universitätslehrer geschätzt wurde. Im Rahmen seiner Tätigkeit als Dozent beschäftigte er sich in seinen Vorlesungen unter anderem mit der Pädagogik und der Erziehung des Menschen. Hier statuiert er eine sich aus der Vernunftbegabtheit des Menschen ergebende, natürliche Notwendigkeit von Erziehung des Menschen. Da jener jedoch zunächst nicht von Beginn seines Lebens dazu imstande ist, sich zu erziehen und zu bilden, bedarf er der Unterweisung von außen, der Edukation durch bereits erzogene Artgenossen.
