This is a short science fiction horror story about the life cycle of creatures and how human beings turn a blind eye to cruelty in the process of personal financial gain trough trading other creatures flesh, and eventually turning into human cross wasp mutants.By the year 2020 man discovered a way of growing meat using human genes and stem cell technology. The food was know as "Pepo".Pepo becomes the worlds substitution for protein and other vital nutrients in the form of fresh meat. At first humans were outraged at the concept and there was an immediate world ban on the use of this type of technology as an alternative food.When all the dust settled the owners of the technology took the concept over to-there where the rules were strict but didn't apply for export of disgustingness to other parts of the planet.Every living soul slept peacefully knowing that such madness would never occur, but because they invested a lot of time and money into the project, they weren't prepared to listen to reason and would not let it rest. Within five years the business was up and running in another country ruled by a dictator where it was permitted to produce, manufacture and process Pepo but was strictly forbidden to trade or consume within the confines of its own borders.Eventually after the humans ate everything there was to eat, there was no other choice left but to start consuming pepo meat. No one even knew the difference between Pepo and other meat, except it tasted better and pretty soon the shelves of all the retail outlets in the world were marketing, displaying and selling the product as common animal meat.Obviously in the beginning they had to tweek a few things to pass the import bans, for example; lamb chops became 'lam chops', fish fingers became 'fesh fingers' and chicken nuggets became 'chiken nuggets'. Everything went really well for years, the investors made huge returns, the business became the worlds largest enterprise, they were so amazing and clever that the concept killed all global competition, and they were the champs until the reason why it was banned in the first place appeared by which time it was to late, every human being got infected, died then reborn as a human cross wasp mutant, with exception of the dictator Wong and his country's five hundred loyal citizens.
