He has held senior management positions with AT&T, MCI, and Verizon. Additionally, for the past 14 years, he has led large teams in the higher education industry, including serving as the Dean of the Business School at a West Virginia University, the College President and Campus Director of a Pittsburgh-based proprietary technical college, and a full-time professor of leadership programs at a private university. Dr. Glaid enjoys teaching in the areas of business, leadership, management, organizational behavior and development, HRM, and information technology. Tim earned his undergraduate degree in computer science, a graduate degree in organizational management, an MBA degree with a concentration in international business, and a doctorate in management and organizational leadership.

Ken Knox is an average guy who has enjoyed an extraordinary life. He has worked for Fortune 500 companies and has owned several small businesses. He believes that what we get out of life is directly proportional to what we put in. He earned his undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management and graduate degree in Strategic Leadership. He earned his Ph.D. in Organization and Management in 2008.
Ken has been serving small and large businesses for the past fifteen years with training seminars on such topics as customer service, marketing, management development, and organizational design. He has had the privilege of speaking throughout the United States and abroad. In addition to his speaking and seminars, Ken teaches at several colleges and universities.
