El proceso de comunicación es un elemento clave en cualquier tipo de intercambio y, por tanto, también en el que se produce entre candidato-elector, durante la campaña electoral. Entre las partes que intervienen en el intercambio se generan flujos de información que ayudan tanto a la definición de las circunstancias como a la materialización del mismo.
