Geht es um die Frage der Arbeitszeit und des Stresspegels von Lehrerinnen und Lehrern, könnten die Antworten häufig nicht unterschiedlicher sein. Die einen sprechen vom gut bezahlten Halbtagsjob mit den vielen Ferien und der Zeit für die Familie und die Hobbys. Die anderen schlagen bei diesen Aussagen die Hände über dem Kopf zusammen. 60 Stunden durchschnittliche Arbeitszeit im Referendariat und eine steigende Inanspruchnahme von Therapeuten bereits in der zweiten Ausbildungsphase des Lehrerberufs sind seit einigen Jahren die Realität. Es ist ein bedeutendes Thema, welches für uns als angehende Lehrkräfte als ausgesprochen wichtig anzusehen ist und auf dessen Grundlage wir unsere Untersuchung durchgeführt haben. Der folgende Forschungsbericht soll einen Überblick über den gesamten Verlauf und die Auswertung unserer Studie geben. Dazu werden im ersten Kapitel die theoretischen Vorüberlegungen dargestellt. Diese enthalten sowohl inhaltliche Aspekte zur Thematik im Allgemeinen, als auch den aktuellen Forschungsstand bezogen an dem die Gruppe sich orientiert hat. Darauf folgt das zweite Kapitel zur Stichprobe und zur Durchführung unserer Untersuchung. Der Fragebogen und die Stichprobe werden beschrieben und der Prozess der Durchführung und der Auswertungsphase wird skizziert. Beide Kapitel werden in Zusammenarbeit der drei beteiligten Studierenden verfasst. Daran schließt das dritte Kapitel zu den einzelnen Ergebnissen an. Dieses Kapitel ist aufgeteilt in die von der Gruppe aufgestellten Hypothesen, die an dieser Stelle in Einzelarbeit ausgewertet werden. Den Abschluss der Arbeit bildet das Fazit, welches erneut von der gesamten Gruppe verfasst wird.
