Este estudo foi realizado para medir a extensão das práticas de gestão da capacidade considerando o desempenho da força de trabalho, a gestão da capacidade das ferramentas e a gestão do inventário, além disso, a extensão da satisfação do cliente considerando os factores elogios e expectativas dos clientes, com a utilização dos resultados dos inquéritos a significar. O estudo também determinou a relação das práticas de gestão da capacidade e satisfação do cliente dos centros comerciais na província de Sultan Kudarat, utilizando a correlação de Pearson. Entre os 24 inquiridos obtidos, o estudo revelou que o desempenho da força de trabalho, a gestão da capacidade da ferramenta e a gestão do inventário são frequentemente observados nos centros comerciais. Ao mesmo tempo, 1000 clientes concordaram fortemente que os seus elogios e expectativas baseados na sua experiência de compras são alcançados pelos centros comerciais. Entretanto, a correlação de Pearson revelou que as práticas de gestão da capacidade têm uma relação pouco positiva com a satisfação do cliente.
