The Franchise Fees are very affordable and the residual financial rewards are unlimited. Property-EMall, LLC is a real estate listing service, which has a marketing platform for service providers and contractors, worldwide. The home page resembles the directory of a shopping mall. Each store in the mall has a direct link to service providers, by Zipcode or Postal Code, for that category of services. Consumers can browse and search for real estate listings or service providers free of charge. The advertisers pay a small fee monthly for their listing in the mall.
About the Author: Rick Lundberg was born in Minnesota, during a snow storm, in 1947. He spent his first 4 years on a farm, where his parents raised dairy cows, pigs, and chickens. When his mother was expecting another child, we moved into town where we would be closer to her family. They purchased a local Taxi Service from one of her cousins, and both his mother and father got regular jobs on opposite shifts to operate the Taxi Service. Rick would answer the calls and take messages when his parents were out on calls. It was a small town of about 1,200 people. The work ethic that his parents demonstrated rubbed off on Rick. When Rick was 10 years old he started delivering daily newspapers for the St Paul Pioneer Press and Dispatch. During the summer, he picked berries for the local market and mowed lawns for extra money. In the winter, he would shovel snow, deliver papers, and answer the phone when he wasn't in school. When Rick was 19 years old, he had saved enough money to buy his first home, and new furniture. He married his first wife on his 20th birthday, and told her about the house the next day. He was drafted into the US Army three months later, and served as the SP5 Company Clerk in the 1st Infantry Division from 1969 to 1970. After getting a degree in Construction Technology, he worked for a Consulting Engineering firm for 8 years as a draftsman and then a project manager. He spent the next 12 years as an independent contractor working for several firms in the Twin City area. During that time he started a small engraving and jewelry business, which he operated in a nearby retail center. By then he had a daughter and a son. He divorced his first wife after 20 years of marriage, and sold that business. He started up a property management and maintenance business after he met his new business partner, Marilyn. They were married 5 years later in 1993. By then the business had 44 crews working in 14 midwestern states. Since then, he and Marilyn have started over 20 small businesses in MN, NV, CA, and in TX where they now reside. They have helped to start several churches, ministered to the homeless, served as altar ministers in local churches, gone on mission trips, have led small groups in their home, and most recently, Rick performed his first wedding ceremony after being ordained. With Marilyn's two sons, they now have 4 children, 11 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren, with a third on the way.
