In a similar vein to Lee Strobel's book, The Case for Christ, I, a skeptical, former practicing Christian and intermittent agnostic embark on a journey to prove that there is rational reason to believe in a Biblical God. "Channeling" Christopher Hitchens' impassioned cynicism in his book, "God is Not Great," I report the shocking results. What I found was that the scientific foundations for propagating "disbelief" are based on fantasies far more removed from reality than anything contained in the Bible. With that discovery, I was then burdened to expose the truth about science as it pertains to eliminating God as possible creator and designer of the universe. Through unethical and unprincipled acts of manipulation, intellectual intimidation, reckless proclamation, misrepresentation and fraud they have presented a narrative removing God in the hope they can then focus on actually finding the "real" answers as to how we got here. In other words, their so-called foundational Evolution and Big Bang theories are failing apart under the deluge of actual "facts" being uncovered every day, such as in DNA research, which exposes their conclusions as "fairy tales." The book begins by detailing my personal search for the truth as it relates to the God of the Bible. Pondering the scientific certainties, I thought I knew, and the apparent contradictions in the Bible of which I had no doubt, I wanted to appease the rebellious stirrings in my consciousness once and for all. The beginning explains how my wavering belief in an omnipotent deity inspired me to investigate the alternative possibilities for how we got here, as well as, the means for our sustainability. Looking to science as the only other accepted vehicle by which us and our universe can be explained, I delved in deep. As a result of that investigation, I came to a startling conclusion. The faith, deemed necessary in my own religion, was even more essential in accepting the apparent fantasies science touts as reality! After examining the series of events that led to my new revelations, the book begins to simultaneously disassemble the myths of empirical science and support the concept of a divine intelligence behind a comprehensive, universal design. Beginning chronologically, I attacked the "Big Bang" creation theory, which has been scientifically accepted and mainstreamed into our sub-conscience for decades. After realizing the proponents of it such as, Stephen Hawking were very popular, as was the entire field of science, I actually excerpted passages attributed to their cause in order to confirm the validity of my aspersion casting. In other words, I didn't wish to unnecessarily offend the very often, caustic atheist community and incur their righteous wraith. For purposes of exposing the truth of their reality's version, I included the passages content before summarily crucifying its profoundly perplexing core-essence. In other words, I specifically detailed the content of their premise for full disclosure, and then rhetorically asked, "What requires more faith, God or this glorified 'fairy tale'?."I next attempt to eviscerate the quintessential atheistic and scientifically-based standard-bearer for disbelief in God known as, The Theory of Evolution. While I know Evolution has been relentlessly attacked in book form and other formats before, it's likely never been besieged by a such a relentless barrage of disparaging facts, details, declarations, statistics, and revelations as it is in my book. Like "Big Bang," I found the conceivability of Darwin's Evolution Theory to be a matter of faith and nothing more. Though I found them both to be fundamentally groundless, they have, nevertheless, been accepted into our schools as the only legitimate explanations for creation and universal sustainability. I suggest that maybe we ought to at least consider alternatives, such as; an intelligent entity, for example.
