Pornography revenue globally is in the billions, with many of those billions coming from the United States. But the true cost of the sex industry can't be counted in dollars and cents; the damage to those affected by this addiction is often incalculable.
Laura Marie is a typical, seemingly well-adjusted middle-class mother-someone you'd never expect to be writing about a battle against the sex trade. But her memoir, Prettier Than Porn, is a brutally honest look at the devastation the sex industry wrought in her life and her marriage to a porn addict. After a twenty-five-year fight, her marriage didn't survive. Laura did.
Journey with Laura as she struggles to maintain her marriage covenant while raising her five children, only to realize that ending the marriage might be the only way toward true healing and wholeness.
Join Laura as she steps out of her comfort zone in her blissfully happy second marriage to answer the call to help others who have suffered what she did and to support rescue efforts for those enslaved by the sex industry.
You too can be happy, whole, and free. Laura's story will show you how.
