About the Book

This essay tells the discovery of the Predictable Chance Theory and Super-Convergence Method by Doctor Philippe Chout, when he studied the game of Random Roulette and tried to imagine how a computer with artificial intelligence, artificial neural networks and self-study skills would go about it. It was while writing and manually exploiting the AI algorithms of his invention that he discovered a method explaining how to win at the game of Roulette without the aid of a computer! You will find that the famous aphorism of physicist Albert Einstein "No one can win at the game of roulette unless he steals the money from the table when the dealer has his back turned" has now become false. This art book is about heuristics, a term which means "the art of inventing, of making discoveries. In mathematics, the term "heuristic" describes what proceeds by successive approaches, gradually eliminating the alternatives and keeping only a small number of solutions, and which tends towards the optimal one. The heuristic method is wrongly opposed to the algorithmic method. It was in fact while he was defining variables and parameters with a view to statistical studies of the algorithmic game, and before having introduced them into a computer, that the author observed and described the properties of regularity, convergence, super convergence, persistent presence, repetitions, predictability then invented the innovative strategies of essentialized super-convergence, early reverse super-convergence, assurance, acceleration factors, etc. The author then conducted statistical studies which confirmed the Theory of Predictable Chance HP = H - P, and specified how to use it. He tested it several times and confirmed that indeed his method worked very well. Resisting and even exploiting a black streak, finding the missing dozens and taking advantage of them, anticipating repetitions, predicting persistent presences, increasing wins, reducing losses, what seemed like a gamble has become possible. But then are these victories on electronic roulette a victory over the false chance of the hash tables of prime numbers, or over the true chance, the quantum chance? Will quantum processors make it possible to beat Roulette even more radically? Do casinos have any concerns? This introduction to the heuristic of stochastic algorithms is the first work for the general public to understand the competition between human intelligence and artificial intelligence and the place of quantum processors in research on the game of Roulette. Doctor Philippe Chout, Essayist, Researcher in artificial intelligence.
