Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2008 im Fachbereich Soziologie - Kommunikation, Note: 1,7, FernUniversität Hagen (Sozialpsychologie), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In dieser Hausarbeit sollen die Modelle des pragmatischen Ansatzes von Watzlawick und das Teufelskreismodell von Schulz von Thun in einem Beispiel aus dem Arbeitsumfeld Anwendung finden. Es soll aufgezeigt werden, ob diese Modelle die Kommunikationsstörung zwischen zwei Verkäuferinnen in einem Bäckerei/Konditorei-Fachgeschäft aufheben können. Beide Verkäufe-rinnen arbeiten sehr gut, sie können jedoch nicht zusammenarbeiten, was die Arbeitseinteilungen oft schwierig gestaltet. Fragt man beide, warum das so ist, antworten beide: "Es geht eben nicht". Anhand der theoretischen Modelle soll versucht werden, ein Gespräch mit beiden Mitarbeiterinnen zu führen, um die Kommunikationsstörung, die seit Jahren existiert, aufzudecken und Interventionsmöglichkeiten zu finden. Im Kapitel 2 werden Begriffe so definiert, wie diese in der weiteren Arbeit verstanden werden sollen. Im 3. Kapitel wird sowohl auf das Modell von Watzlawick eingegangen, der eine störungsfreie Kommunikation anhand von fünf Axiomen definiert, als auch auf das Teufelskreismodell von Schulz von Thun, der systematisch Regelkreisläufe einer Kommunikation untersucht, um hier Störungen in diesem System festzustellen und offenzulegen. Abgeschlossen wird Kapitel 3 mit einer kurzen Kritik zu beiden Kommunikationsmodellen. Ob der Einsatz dieser Modelle helfen kann, eine schwierige Kommunikation in einer Arbeitssituation zu erleichtern, soll im Anwendungsbeispiel in Kapitel 4 dargelegt werden. Nach einem gemeinsam geführten Gespräch wird ein Ge-dächtnisprotokoll verfasst, da das Gespräch durch Mitschreiben nicht gestört werden soll. Dieses Protokoll liegt der Arbeit als Anhang bei.
