Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2016 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Berufserziehung, Berufsbildung, Weiterbildung, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Arbeit untersucht die Erlangung beruflicher Fachkompetenz. Sie ist das ausgewiesene Leitziel der beruflichen Ausbildung. Neben der Sozial-, Personal- und Methodenkompetenz speilt beim Erwerb von Handlungskompetenz auch die Fachkompetenz eine ausschlaggebende Rolle. Denn wie das Forschungsprojekt "Kompetenzstandards in der Berufsbildung" anhand ausgewählter Berufe deutlich zeigt, fällt in den drei gewichtigsten Berufsfeldern, dem gewerblich-technischen, dem kaufmännisch-verwaltenden und dem Dienstleistungsbereich, der Lernzielbezug zur Fachkompetenz am stärksten aus. Sämtliche Aspekte der Handlungskompetenz, einschließlich der beruflichen Fachkompetenz, erwachsen allerdings nicht in einem personellen Vakuum, sondern ergeben sich im Austausch mit der jeweiligen Umwelt einer Person, sei dies die Ausbildungs- bzw. Lehrperson, die Lernumgebung oder die curricularen Zielbedingungen einer Berufsausbildung, ansonsten wäre eine gesteuerte Berufsausbildung obsolet. Um nun der gesonderten Bedeutung der Fachkompetenz gerecht zu werden, bietet es sich an dem Erwerb dieser Facette der Handlungskompetenz nachzuspüren, mit dem Ziel Handlungsanleitungen für die didaktische Praxis ableiten und somit die Auszubildenden beim Erwerb von Fachkompetenz unterstützen zu können. In Anbetracht der äußerst heterogenen und in sich mehrdimensionalen Berufslandschaft Deutschlands stellt sich dabei die Frage, ob sich domänenübergreifende Prädiktoren für die Entwicklung berufsfachlicher Kompetenz identifizieren lassen und wenn ja, welche Implikationen sich daraus für die didaktische Praxis ergeben. Zu diesem Zweck wird in dieser Arbeit zunächst auf die theoretischen Grundlagen eingegangen, indem Struktur- und Entwicklungsmodelle voneinander abgegrenzt werden.
