The Secret to Playing in the Glory
Our imagination was created by God who said it was good.
Through our child-like imagination and divine influence from Holy Spirit, we are able to see the Kingdom of Heaven. Jesus said, "Unless you are converted (changed) and become as little children you will by no means enter the Kingdom of Heaven." Mat 18:3. Children are very trusting and have wonderful imaginations.
The Key to Seeing in the Spirit
Imagination is the place where our spirit receives vision, dreams, and creativity from God's Holy Spirit.
It is the gateway to experiencing Heaven and the throne of God. Our imagination helps us to see the invisible spiritual world of Heaven. "Most assuredly I say to you, hereafter, you shall see Heaven open and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of Man." Jn 1:51.

"Now faith is the substance (reality) of things hoped for (imagined) and the evidence (proof) of things not seen (Invisible)." My emphasis.
