Dazu wird der Ansatz "No Blame Approach" als möglicher Lösungsvorschlag dargestellt und kritisch untersucht. Schulsozialarbeit, als wichtigster Kooperationspartner zwischen Jugendhilfe und Schule, nimmt im Kampf gegen Mobbing eine wichtige und entscheidende Rolle ein. Sie hat einen präventiven Auftrag und soll in der Schule für Gerechtigkeit sorgen. Doch durch die unklare rechtliche Grundlage und Finanzierung sind viele Fachkräfte überlastet und können keine ausreichende Beziehungsarbeit leisten. Daraus resultiert oftmals eine Vernachlässigung der Präventionsarbeit. Dabei ist Präventionsarbeit zum Thema Mobbing an Schulen essentiell. Denn Mobbing ist die am häufigsten praktizierte Gewaltform an deutschen Schulen. Durchschnittlich wird mindestens ein Kind in jeder Schulklasse gemobbt. Präventiv sind dabei vor allem Mehr-Ebenen-Programme von Vorteil, da dabei das gesamte System in den Fokus genommen wird. Hat sich Mobbing bereits in der Klasse etabliert, so muss sofort und intensiv interveniert werden. Als möglicher Interventionsansatz wird in dieser Arbeit "No Blame Approach" vorgestellt. Dieser Ansatz weist bei den Erhebungen durchweg positive Ergebnisse auf. Dennoch ist er lediglich ein Ansatz, der 'das Feuer löscht', aber die 'Brandursache nicht bekämpft', sodass im Anschluss ein anderes Programm sofort präventiv angesetzt werden muss.
