Vielfältige Anregungen für physikalische Schülerversuche realisieren das Programm des Forschenden Lernens. Der Lehrer erfährt, wie er seine Schüler effektiv dazu anleiten kann, sich physikalische Sachverhalte an Hand von Realexperimenten selbst zu erarbeiten. Die vielen Versuchsbeispiele mit fertiger Dimensionierung werden an Hand bestimmter preiswerter Messinterfaces für den PC und der zugehörigen Software beschrieben, doch sollten in den meisten Fällen auch andere handelsübliche Messinterfaces eingesetzt werden können. Die vorgeschlagene Technik auf der Basis von ATMEL-Mikroprozessoren erlaubt wegen ihres geringen Preises auch Schülerversuche in parallelen arbeitsgleichen Teams. Die Interfaces können weitgehend fertig aufgebaut erworben werden; die benötigte Software steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Dennoch werden auch Selbstbauvarianten und die Programmierung, vor allem in der Hochsprache AVISE von der Fa. CINETIX, beschrieben. Auch wer sich in die Mikroprozessortechnik einarbeiten möchte, wird profitieren. AVISE erleichtert das sehr. Die vorliegende 2. Auflage wurde aktualisiert und durch neue Versuche, neue Sensoren und Zusatzinformationen deutlich erweitert. Es ist so auch ein kleines Kompendium der für den Physikunterricht nützlichen Elektronik entstanden.
About the Author: Der Autor war viele Jahre als Gymnasiallehrer für Mathematik und Physik in Würzburg tätig und bildete als Seminarlehrer für Physik junge Referendare zu Physiklehrern an Gymnasien aus. Als promovierter Di-plomphysiker arbeitete er in der Atom- und Kernphysik und der Festkörperphysik und erwarb sich dabei gründliche Kenntnisse der relativistischen und nichtrelativistischen Quantentheorie und der Vielteilchentheorie. Seine Kenntnisse konnte er auch bei Lehraufträgen an Studenten weitergeben. Während seiner schulischen Tätigkeit betrat er vielfach Neuland im Bereich des forschenden Ler-nens, vor allem mit Schülerversuchen zur Erarbeitung physikalischer Sachverhalte. Er entwickelte Soft- und Hardware für den Computereinsatz im Physik-Unterricht mit den zugehörigen neuartigen unterrichtlichen Konzepten und entwarf ein neues didaktisches Konzept zur Behandlung der Quantenphysik in der Schule, das "Würzburger Quantenphysik-Konzept".
