Daher entwickeln Unternehmen ihre personalpolitischen Instrumente, um die im Betrieb vorhandenen Ressourcen älterer Mitarbeiter zu sichern. Welche Strategien der Personalentwicklung müssen dazu von Unternehmen Anwendung finden? Dieses Buch hat das Ziel, darzustellen, welche Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen für die unternehmerische Praxis geeignet sind, um den Folgen der demographischen Entwicklung entgegenzuwirken. About the Author: Stéphane Aspe, MBA General Management, Diplom-Pädagoge, ist 1976 in Frankreich geboren und zweisprachig aufgewachsen. 2001 beendete der Autor sein Studium der Erziehungswissenschaft an der FU Berlin und ist seitdem in verschiedenen Unternehmen der Sozialwirtschaft (Sozialberatung, Wohnungslosenhilfe, Jugendhilfe) als Pädagoge und Führungskraft tätig. Um die zunehmende betriebswirtschaftlichen Anforderungen seiner Tätigkeiten gerecht zu werden, studierte er an der HTW Berlin den MBA-Studiengang General Management und schloss diesen 2012 erfolgreich ab. Sein Schwerpunkt, die lösungsorientierte Entwicklung von Organisationen und betrieblichen Strukturen, realisiert er aktuell als Prokurist eines Trägers der Wohlfahrtspflege.
