Inhaltsangabe: Gang der Untersuchung: Die mit dem "Transferpreis von Wissenschaft und Technologie in die betriebliche Praxis" der Kreishandwerkerschaft Osnabrück 1998 ausgezeichnete Diplomarbeit von Jürgen Haneberg legt das Thema "PERSONALENTWICKLUNG IN DER 'LERNENDEN ORGANISATION'" in einer wissenssoziologischen und gestaltungsorientierten Perspektive an, indem sie sich den Sachverhalt zunutze macht, daß das Lernen von Organisationen im Kontext des gesteigerten Veränderungsdrucks, dem sie unterliegen, als Topos in den letzten Jahren Karriere gemacht hat und insofern sowohl in wissenschaftlichen Theorien als auch in Gestaltungsansätzen für Wirtschaftsorganisationen insbesondere zur Personalentwicklung prominent behandelt wird. Zusammenfassend handelt es sich um eine Diplomarbeit, die die drei gängigsten sozialwissenschaftlichen Ansätze zum organisationalen Lernen vorstellt und diskutiert und sie dann zur Analyse der gestaltungsorientierten Reflexionstheorien der Personalentwicklung, ihrer Grundlagen, Chancen und immanenten Probleme nutzt. Das zweite Kapitel stellt die verschiedenen, in sich z.T. komplexen Ansätze zum organisationalen Lernen in ihren grundbegrifflichen Zuschnitten und ihren Formulierungen des Problems organisationales Lernen dar. Nach ihrer zunächst immanenten Darstellung gelingt es, einige zentrale Problemstellungen zu formulieren, wie sie sich aus diesen Ansätzen ergeben für den Versuch, 'Lernen von Organisationen' begrifflich zu konzeptualisieren und operational beschreibbar zu machen, und diese Ausführungen mit einer Kritik unzureichender Organisations- und Handlungskonzepte bei Argyris/Schön und Duncan/Weiss zu verbinden. Der Text macht in dem Versuch zu resümieren, was genau die Verwendung des Lernbegriffs mit Bezug auf Organisationen rechtfertigt, deutlich, daß damit im Kern die Möglichkeit der Reflexion und daraus potentiell resultierende Strukturveränderungen im Wissen von Individuen und Organisationen gefaßt sind, und daß eine Hauptschwier
