Die Europäisierung und Globalisierung, aber auch der demographische Wandel sowie der Fachkräftemangel zwingen Unternehmen weiter zu denken als im bisherigen Umfang. In dieser Seminararbeit liegt der Schwerpunkt der internationalen Personalgewinnung und -auswahl auf international tätigen Unternehmen mit Auslandsniederlassungen. Es wird untersucht, inwiefern die Kultur sowie Internationalität von Unternehmen auf die strategische Ausrichtung einwirken. Im weiteren Verlauf werden entsprechende Zielgruppen der Personalsuche sowie die hierfür in Anspruch genommenen Rekrutierungsquellen erläutert. Im Kapitel zur Personalauswahl wird näher auf das Anforderungsprofil der Kandidaten eingegangen und die interkulturelle Kompetenz als wichtigste Schlüsselqualifikation für erfolgreiche global agierende Mitarbeiter definiert (vgl. GRAF/MERTESACKER 2010, S. 4). Im Schlussteil dieser Arbeit wird der Untersuchungsgegenstand kritisch beleuchtet und es erfolgt ein Ausblick zur zukünftigen Entwicklung in der internationalen Personalbeschaffung. Internationale Personalbeschaffung Die internationale Personalgewinnung bezeichnet den Suchprozess von Mitarbeitern für ein international tätiges Unternehmen und die Entscheidung für oder gegen potenzielle Kandidaten.
