Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2016 im Fachbereich Gesundheit - Physiotherapie, Ergotherapie, Note: 1,8, Hochschule Reutlingen, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist zum einen die Analyse der wichtigsten Zufriedenheitskriterien der Patienten in einer Physiotherapiepraxis und zum anderen das Herausfiltern etwaiger Differenzen zwischen den Wünschen und Erwartungen einerseits aus Patienten- und andererseits aus Physiotherapeutensicht. Patientenzufriedenheit gilt in der heutigen Zeit als Erfolgsfaktor für das Qualitätsmanagement in der Gesundheitsbranche, sodass die Analyse der Patientenzufriedenheit immer wichtiger wird. Um in die Materie einsteigen zu können und einen Überblick über die Thematik zu erlangen, wurde im ersten Schritt eine Literaturrecherche durchgeführt. Im Anschluss an die Einleitung erfolgen diverse Begriffserklärungen und weiterführende Aspekte, um notwendige Hintergrundinformationen zu liefern. Im dritten Kapitel wird beschrieben wie eine Messung der Kunden- beziehungsweise Patientenzufriedenheit abläuft und auf welcher theoretischen Basis diese begründet ist. Mit dem gewonnenen Hintergrundwissen wurde in Kapitel vier die Empirische Untersuchung zur Analyse der wichtigsten Zufriedenheitskriterien in einer Physiotherapiepraxis durchgeführt. Mithilfe eines Fragebogens wurden stichprobenartig 30 Patienten um ihre Einschätzung gebeten. Von den aufgeführten 20 Kriterien wurden nicht alle in die erstelle Liste der wichtigsten Zufriedenheitskriterien aufgenommen, da Aspekte darunter waren, die die Patienten als nicht ganz so wichtig empfanden. Die Therapeuten bekamen dieselben Fragen und sollten einschätzen, was ihre Patienten wichtig und was sie eher unwichtig finden. Bei der Ergebnisanalyse dieser Daten kam heraus, dass sich die zwei Untersuchungsgruppen in nicht allen Punkten einig waren. Den Abschluss der Arbeit bilden die Interpretation der Untersuchungsergebnisse und schlussendlich das Fazit.
